to add a Facebook “Like Box” like this to your website

1. Use facebook social plugin to get the code to place into your WordPress site.
2. Click “Like Box”
3. fill in “Facebook page URL” such as www.facebook.com/phylliserckconsulting
4. Adjust color scheme, width and other display options
5. Click “Get Code”
6. if you want your like box on your website
   1. copy iframe code
   2. goto your dashboard
   3. edit page
   4. switch to HTML view
   5. paste code into the edit window
   6. click Update button*
7. if you want your like box in a widget
   1. copy iframe code
   2. goto your dashboard
   3. Appearance -> Widgets
   4. Drag a text widget into a sidebar
   5. paste code into the text widget
   6. click update button*

   *don’t switch back to Visual mode – this will erase the code
